Your account

You sign in through Google and Clerk and are responsible for the information and credentials you use. Keep control of your account and tell us if you see activity you do not recognize. Rocannon may be unavailable, incomplete, or changed while the product is being developed.

Candidate authorization

You choose whether Rocannon should organize evidence, prepare a draft, or help with an application. In Moderate mode, review and approve the prepared application before final submission. In Aggressive mode, you authorize Rocannon to prepare answers and submit the application within the permissions you enable, without asking you to review every answer. Review your profile, the destination and those permissions before starting an application.

Do not authorize a workflow you do not want performed. You are responsible for correcting your information and for the decisions you make about applications.

Your content and evidence

You are responsible for having permission to use the CVs, documents, work history, and other information you provide. Keep application evidence accurate and current, and do not use Rocannon to submit information you know is false or that you are not allowed to share.

AI assistance and outcomes

Rocannon helps organize a search, prepare material, and operate candidate-authorized workflows. AI-generated answers, matches, and drafts can be wrong. Automation does not authorize invented personal or eligibility facts. If a required answer cannot be grounded in your information or covered by your permissions, an application may pause for your answer.

Rocannon does not promise a particular role, interview, employment result, or successful employer submission. Employer systems can reject, change, or fail to receive an action.

Other services

The workflow can involve Clerk, Supabase, Amazon Web Services, Vercel and Fly hosting, Vercel AI Gateway and model providers, Steel cloud browsers, and an employer's applicant-tracking system. Their policies and service behavior apply to the part of the workflow they provide. See Privacy for the current data-use description.

Privacy controls

Rocannon's memory controls can remove a claim or reset candidate memory. A memory reset is not a complete account deletion and does not remove copies already held by an employer. For access, correction, or deletion requests about Rocannon records, contact mohanty.ansman@gmail.com.
