Google sign-in

Google sign-in is handled through Clerk and uses your basic Google identity information: your name, profile picture, and email address. Signing in with Google does not give Rocannon access to your Gmail or mailbox.

Information you choose to use

Depending on the features you use, Rocannon can handle:

• your account identity and sign-in details;
• your CV, resume, profile, work history, skills, and preferences;
• chat messages and the candidate memory you choose to keep;
• job, application, draft, answer, status, and employer form information; and
• browser, provider, and application diagnostics needed to explain or troubleshoot a workflow.

How Rocannon uses it

The service uses this information to organize evidence, match you with relevant roles, prepare drafts and application answers, track applications and conversations, and run candidate-authorized application workflows.

Diagnostic and browser evidence helps explain what happened during a workflow and lets the service improve or troubleshoot it. It can include page state, form observations, provider responses, and other details created while you ask the service to do work.

Service providers

Rocannon uses service providers for specific parts of the product: Clerk for authentication, Supabase for candidate records, Amazon Web Services for documents and application email, Vercel and Fly for hosting, Vercel AI Gateway and configured model providers for chat and answer generation, and Steel for cloud browser automation.

Provider configuration can change as the product changes. These providers process the information needed for the feature you choose; their own policies also apply.

Employer and ATS sharing

Rocannon sends application information to an employer or its applicant-tracking system only when you authorize the application workflow. Employers control copies they receive after that transfer. Your Google sign-in does not send your mailbox to an employer or to Rocannon.

Your controls and requests

You can review and correct the information you use with the service. Memory controls such as deleting a claim or resetting memory change the candidate memory used by Rocannon; they are not the same as deleting an entire account or copies held by an employer.

To ask for access, correction, or deletion of Rocannon records, contact mohanty.ansman@gmail.com. We will review the request against the records and service needs involved. Application evidence may need to remain available for the service or troubleshooting, and external employer copies are outside Rocannon's control.

AI and factual limits

AI-assisted drafts and matches can be wrong. Review your profile and application permissions before using automation. Rocannon uses the facts you provide for application and eligibility answers. Missing personal or eligibility facts may require your answer before an application can continue.
